Service Description
A modern approach to relaxing hair that prioritizes long-term health. No more bone straight, over-processed relaxers. A restructuring service designed to relax (straighten) your natural hair leaving some texture (wave) to maintain the overall integrity and elasticity. Includes: professional relaxer application, followed by neutralizing + moisture shampoo, protein treatment , precision trim, roller set or blow dry based on hair condition and option sleek press finish. A New Client Service consultation must be booked before this service.
Cancellation/Reschedule
- Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. - NOTE: All payments made to FROKIN HAIRCARE are non-refundable without exception. - Clients may cancel and/or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before a booked appointment without losing payment. - Special considerations can be made if discussed with the stylist. - Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschdeule. - Late cancellations or late rescheduling will forfeit 50% of the full service amount and will have to repay 50% of the service amount to rebook for a different appointment day/time. - No-shows will lose the ability to reschedule and will forfeit the amount of the original service booked.
